Grey Cube 113 at Tate Modern / Offprint 2017

Grey Cube 113 took over the lockers at the Tanks at Tate Modern, presenting three different site-specific interventions on each day of Offprint 2017. Imagining the Turbine Hall to be the scale of a locker, the exhibitions presented the works of selected publishers, artists and authors featured in the Turbine Hall during the event, including Self Publish, Be Happy, Cristina de Middel, The Plantation Journal with Maya Rochat, and Copy Press with Chris Fite-Wassilak.Selected curatorial students from Central Saint Martins was invited to respond with their images and writings to themes of the exhibitions.
FRIDAY 19 MAY:The Plantation Journal with Maya Rochat.Presenting a site-specific photography installation exploring the theme of 'Sculptural Surfaces' and works selected from The Plantation Journal upcoming issue 6, especially launched at Offprint 2017. Visitors are invited to experience how images and surfaces are perceived when seen repetitively in different museum spaces.http://www.theplantationstudio.com/Taddeo Reinhardt from BA Culture Criticism and Curation will be responding with one of his photographs to The Plantation Journal issue 6 theme: 'Sculptural Surfaces'.
